We are seeking a skilled candidate to join our team as a Telecaller in the pharmaceutical domain. The ideal candidate will handle patient interactions, take orders, ensure accurate prescriptions, and coordinate with the dispatch team for timely delivery. You will also be responsible for pitching nutraceutical products to patients and ensuring orders are dispatched within a 24-hour timeframe.

Primary Responsibilities would include - 

• Communicate with patients over the phone to take orders for prescribed medications.

• Carefully verify and cross-check all prescriptions received to ensure accuracy.

• Introduce and explain the benefits of nutraceutical products to patients, encouraging them to consider relevant options.

• Inform the dispatch team of orders and ensure the correct and timely dispatch of medications.

• Monitor the status of dispatched orders, ensuring all orders are processed within 24 hours.

• Provide patients with regular updates on the status of their orders and answer any questions they may have.

• Ensure accurate documentation of orders, prescriptions, and patient interactions for auditing and reporting purposes.

We are looking for someone who has - 

• Previous experience in a telecalling role in the pharma industry is a plus.

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.

• Ability to work under pressure and ensure orders are dispatched within the set timeline.

• Ability to work closely with the dispatch and operations teams.
