We’re looking for high-performing, on-ground Business Development Executives with strong hospital and healthcare networks. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in hardcore healthcare sales who are passionate about eldercare.Key Responsibilities1. Doctor & Hospital-Based Lead GenerationBuild and nurture relationships with doctors, nurses, hospital discharge planners, and administrators.Create awareness about Emoha’s eldercare and home healthcare solutions within healthcare institutions.Develop referral channels and win preference over competitors.2. Lead Conversion & Revenue ClosuresConduct effective product pitches to clients (families/doctors/hospitals).Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to closure.Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.3. Community & Node DevelopmentIdentify new lead-generation channels: residential society camps, chemist tie-ups, local community engagement.Develop NODES (Neighborhood Outreach Delivery Engines) in RWAs and clinics.Build community trust to increase lead inflow.4. Client EngagementBe the face of Emoha in all interactions with stakeholders.Clearly explain services, showcasing the value of eldercare solutions.5. Other RequirementsStrong knowledge of local geography.Passion and empathy for eldercare services.Basic QualificationB.
