We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team to assist in medical store. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Prescription Verification & Dispensing: Read doctor prescriptions, check dosages, and dispense the correct generic medications accurately.

• Generic Substitution Guidance: Educate customers on generic alternatives that match branded medicines in strength and composition, highlighting cost savings.

• Medication Counseling: Advise patients on correct dosages, timing, potential side effects, and safe storage of their prescribed drugs.

• Inventory & Stock Management: Track inventory levels, restock fast-moving generic medicines, and manage order placement to prevent stockouts.

• Expiry & Quality Control: Regularly inspect stock for near-expiry products, maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation, and ensure temperature-sensitive drugs are stored properly.

• Billing & POS Operations: Handle store software for billing, maintain daily sales transaction records, and process customer payments.

• Regulatory & Legal Compliance: Maintain proper logs for scheduled drugs and ensure all operations adhere to local pharmacy laws and health guidelines.

• Store Hygiene & Safety: Keep the pharmacy clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation standards.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma/Bachelor Pharmacy and 1 - 6+ years of experience.
