## About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications. The ideal candidate should be capable of working on both front-end and back-end development while delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions.
## Mandatory Requirement

⚠️ Candidates must possess strong core programming and problem-solving skills and should be able to write, debug, and optimize code independently.

The candidate must not be fully dependent on AI tools for coding tasks. While AI-assisted development tools may be used to enhance productivity, the applicant should have a solid understanding of programming concepts, application architecture, debugging, and software development fundamentals, and must be capable of developing solutions without relying entirely on AI-generated code.

## Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications.

• Design and implement user-friendly front-end interfaces.

• Build and manage robust back-end systems and APIs.

• Integrate third-party APIs and services.

• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.

• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers.

• Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.

• Maintain proper documentation of projects and development processes.

## Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React.js, Next.js, Angular, or similar).

• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar.

• Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.

• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control systems.

• Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment processes is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

## Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

• 1–2 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
