About the Role

Xntrova Technologies is looking for a skilled and creative Website Developer to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites for clients across different industries while ensuring excellent performance, responsiveness, functionality, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update responsive websites for clients.

• Build websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, React.JS, Node.js, or other relevant technologies.

• Customize WordPress themes, plugins, and website functionalities.

• Convert UI/UX designs and layouts into functional websites.

• Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, fast, secure, and SEO-friendly.

• Optimize website speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals.

• Implement basic on-page SEO and technical SEO requirements.

• Integrate forms, APIs, payment gateways, analytics, pixels, and other third-party tools when required.

• Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, technical issues, and compatibility problems.

• Perform website maintenance, backups, updates, and security checks.

• Coordinate with the SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Graphic Design, and Content teams.

• Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and meet client requirements.

• Stay updated with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices.

• Have relevant experience in building AI Agents

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

• Good experience with WordPress and CMS platforms.

• Knowledge of PHP and MySQL will be an advantage.

• Understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.

• Basic understanding of SEO and website analytics.

• Knowledge of website speed optimization and Core Web Vitals.

• Familiarity with hosting, domains, cPanel, DNS, SSL, and website deployment.

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• AI skills required: CLAUDE, ANTI GRAVITY, GEMINI AI, LOVEABLE

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency will be an added advantage.

• Candidates with a strong portfolio of live websites are preferred.
