About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer (Mid-Level) with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and configuration. The candidate should be able to independently deliver development tasks and collaborate with functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, SOQL, and LWC.
Configure Salesforce features (flows, security model, page layouts).
Build and maintain Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Debug and optimize existing code.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Apex, Triggers, SOQL, Flows, and LWC.
Experience with Sales or Service Cloud - Mandatory
Good understanding of Salesforce Security Model.
Familiarity with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP).
Preferred
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
Exposure to Agile methodology and deployment processes.
