Responsibilities
● Monitor and evaluate team performance and call quality.
● Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
● Analyse operational data and generate performance insights.
● Track KPIs and share reports with management.
● Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
● Ensure data accuracy and timely report submission.
● Support operations with data analysis and reporting requirements.
Eligibility
● Graduate in any discipline.
● 1–3 years of experience in Quality, Operations, or MIS.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and Google Sheets.
● Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
