About the Role
We’re looking for a Manual QA Tester who can help us ensure our web applications are reliable, user-friendly, and free from critical bugs. You’ll work closely with developers and product teams to test new features, identify issues, and improve the overall product experience.
Responsibilities
Test web applications and new features manually across different browsers and devices.
Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and checklists.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
Identify, reproduce, and document bugs with clear steps and supporting screenshots/videos.
Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are properly resolved.
Test different user flows and edge cases to identify potential problems before release.
Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and expected behavior.
Participate in release testing and help ensure features are production-ready.
Perform exploratory testing to find issues that may not be covered by predefined test cases.
Maintain QA documentation and testing reports.
Requirements
Good understanding of software testing concepts and QA processes.
Experience testing web applications.
Ability to write clear and detailed test cases.
Strong bug-reporting and troubleshooting skills.
Good understanding of browsers, responsive design, and web technologies.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Linear, or similar issue-tracking platforms.
Good attention to detail and a user-focused mindset.
Strong communication skills.
Good to Have
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman.
Basic understanding of SQL and databases.
Experience testing SaaS products.
Familiarity with Chrome DevTools.
Experience with cross-browser and mobile testing.
