Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, provide technical assistance to employees, and ensure the smooth functioning of hardware, software, networks, and security systems.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, email, and internet connectivity problems.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
Handle user account creation, password resets, and access management.
Hardware & Network Management
Monitor and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Set up and configure new workstations and devices for employees.
Ensure proper functioning of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connections.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs and technical services when required.
