ERP executive/ MIS

We are looking for a ERP Technical Training and Support Executive to join our team at Digital Data System, contributing to software, data, or IT system development and support. This role offers an in-hand salary of Rs 15,000/- onwords and a chance to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct ERP software training sessions for employees, clients, and end users.

• Prepare training materials, user manuals, SOPs, and presentations.

• Provide first-level technical and functional support for ERP-related issues.

• Troubleshoot user problems related to modules such as Finance, HR, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, and Production.

• Coordinate with developers and implementation teams for issue resolution and system enhancements.

• Monitor support tickets and ensure timely closure.

• Assist in ERP implementation, testing, and deployment activities.

• Maintain user access, master data, and system configurations as required.

• Support users during ERP upgrades and new feature rollouts.

• Gather user feedback and suggest process improvements.

• Conduct refresher training programs for existing users.

• Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and training records.

Job Requirements:

• Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to train and support non-technical users.

• Familiarity with ERP modules such as Finance, HR, Inventory, CRM, or Manufacturing.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
