Frontend Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Frontend Developer responsible for designing, developing, testing and maintaining responsive, scalable and user-friendly web applications. The candidate will work closely with the IT, UI/UX and backend teams to convert business requirements and UI designs into high-quality, production-ready frontend solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, interactive and user-friendly web applications.

• Build reusable, scalable and maintainable frontend components.

• Convert UI/UX designs, wireframes and business requirements into functional web interfaces.

• Develop and maintain applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.

• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.

• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness and usability.

• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve UI, functional and technical issues.

• Conduct frontend testing, debugging and quality checks before deployment.

• Follow Git-based version control, coding standards and code review practices.

• Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA and business teams.

• Participate in requirement discussions, development planning and timely delivery of assigned projects.

• Maintain technical documentation and ensure clean, reusable and well-structured code.

• Continuously evaluate and implement modern frontend technologies and development practices.
  

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript (ES6+).

• Hands-on experience with React.js.

• Good understanding of TypeScript is preferred.

• Experience with REST API integration and asynchronous data handling.

• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first web development.

• Strong understanding of DOM, browser compatibility and frontend architecture.

• Working knowledge of Git/GitHub/GitLab.

• Understanding of debugging tools such as Chrome DevTools.

• Knowledge of modern frontend build tools such as Vite/Webpack is preferred.

• Exposure to Redux/Redux Toolkit, Tailwind CSS or similar technologies will be an advantage.

• Understanding of frontend testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress or Playwright is an added advantage.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in frontend/web development.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Result-oriented approach with ownership of assigned deliverables.

• Good attention to detail and focus on code quality.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
