CRM Technical Consultant (Junior)

📋 JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a motivated and organized Jr. CRM Executive to manage customer data, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely client follow-ups and project updates.
The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, customer coordination, and reporting, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✔️ Manage and maintain customer and client data in the CRM system.
✔️ Update customer information, enquiries, follow-ups, and project status regularly.
✔️ Coordinate with Sales, Project, and Operations Teams for timely updates.
✔️ Follow up with clients regarding enquiries, orders, payments, and project progress.
✔️ Track leads, customer interactions, and follow-up schedules.
✔️ Ensure accurate and timely CRM data entry.
✔️ Prepare daily and weekly CRM reports and MIS.
✔️ Maintain proper records of customer communication and documentation.
✔️ Assist senior CRM team members in resolving customer queries and coordinating requirements.
✔️ Monitor pending follow-ups and ensure timely action by the concerned teams.
🎓 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
✅ Graduate in any discipline.
✅ 1–2 years of experience in CRM, Customer Coordination, Sales Coordination, or a related role.
✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.
✅ Good organizational and time-management skills.
✅ Manufacturing or project-based company experience will be preferred.
