POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer interactions, maintain accurate records, coordinate with sales teams, and ensure smooth follow-up processes. The ideal candidate should have basic CRM knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in customer relationship management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and update customer data in the CRM system.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead allocation and follow-up activities.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with customers and maintain communication records.
• Track lead status and update customer information regularly.
• Handle customer queries and provide necessary support and assistance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to leads and customer activities.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper documentation.
• Support customer retention and relationship-building initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in CRM, Customer Service, Sales Coordination, or related roles.
• Basic understanding of CRM software and customer management processes.
• Experience in Real Estate CRM will be an added advantage.
