Job Description – CRM Executive

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Summary

Biolume Skin Science is looking for a responsible and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer communication, queries, follow-ups, feedback, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.

- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.

- Follow up with customers regarding orders, services, and queries.

- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Dispatch, and other teams for customer requirements.

- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

- Collect customer feedback and maintain customer satisfaction records.

- Prepare daily/weekly CRM reports and follow-up reports.

- Maintain proper records of leads, customers, follow-ups, and conversions.

- Support customer retention and repeat-order activities.

- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with existing and potential customers.

Skills Required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.

- Good follow-up and coordination skills.

- Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude.

- Ability to maintain accurate records.

- Hindi and English communication skills preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in CRM, customer support, sales coordination, or a similar role.

- Experience in cosmetics, skincare, FMCG, or personal-care industry will be an advantage.
