Computer Operator

Responsible for performing day-to-day computer operations, data entry, documentation, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and accurate office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain computer systems and office software.

- Perform accurate data entry, updating, and verification of records.

- Prepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets.

- Handle MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Manage emails, printing, scanning, photocopying, and file management.

- Maintain digital and physical records in an organized manner.

- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

- Troubleshoot basic computer and software-related issues.

- Coordinate with team members for routine administrative and computer-related tasks.

- Complete assigned work within deadlines and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.

- Fast and accurate typing skills.

- Basic knowledge of internet, email, and data management.

- Good communication and organizational skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
