Job Description: Client Engagement Executive
Location: Noida (On-site)
Role Summary
The Client Engagement Executive is the "voice of the client" within our company. You aren't just managing a checklist; you are building a bridge. You will be responsible for understanding what the client needs, translating those needs into clear instructions for our internal teams, and ensuring the final result is delivered perfectly.
What You Will Do
Primary Point of Contact: Act as the main face of the company for our clients, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and updated.
The "Translator": Take complex client requests and turn them into simple, structured, and easy-to-follow instructions for our operations team.
Multitasking Mastery: Balance multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring no ball is dropped and every deadline is met.
Feedback Loop: Regularly check in with clients to ensure our service is meeting their standards and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain Order: Ensure that project folders, communication logs, and internal workflows remain organized and professional.
What We Are Looking For
Bilingual Communication: You must be fluent and persuasive in both English and Hindi. You can switch between them effortlessly depending on the audience.
Relationship Experts: You have a "client-first" mindset. You know how to handle difficult conversations with grace and maintain a positive relationship.
Clarity of Thought: You can deliver instructions so clearly that there is zero room for confusion or "he-said-she-said" errors.
Noida Resident: Comfortable working from our Noida office to collaborate closely with the team.

Prior experience in customer success, account management, or client relations is a huge plus.
