Key Responsibilities
Logic & Control Programming: Write, debug, and optimize PLC logic using Ladder Diagrams (LD), Structured Text (ST), or Function Block Diagrams (FBD).
HMI / SCADA Integration: Develop intuitive operator interfaces (HMI) and SCADA screens for real-time monitoring and machine control.
Hardware Setup & Protocols: Configure and integrate variable frequency drives (VFDs), servo drives, sensors, and communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
On-Site Commissioning: Test, debug, and troubleshoot control software and panel wiring during shop testing and site deployment.
Documentation: Prepare IO lists, functional design specifications (FDS), and operation manuals.
Mandatory Qualifications & Experience Requirements
Professional Experience: Minimum 0-2 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming and industrial control systems.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or Automation Engineering.
Software Competency: Proven working experience with major PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal / Step 7, Allen-Bradley Studio 5000, Schneider Electric, or Delta).
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of electrical schematics, control loops (PID), motor drives, and relay logic.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical abilities to troubleshoot complex hardware/software fault conditions on the factory floor.
