We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage restaurant onboarding and operations on Swiggy and Zomato. The role involves end-to-end coordination with clients, ensuring platform hygiene, dashboard management, and maintaining accurate brand visibility across food delivery platforms.Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle end-to-end onboarding of restaurants on Swiggy and Zomato2. Coordinate with clients for onboarding requirements, updates, and issue resolution3. Maintain Swiggy & Zomato page hygiene, including: Correct brand name Location accuracy Menu visibility Images and descriptions4. Manage Swiggy Manchtech linking and related integrations5. Ensure dashboard access for Swiggy and Zomato is created, updated, and functional6. Regularly check and improve search visibility on Swiggy and Zomato7. Execute brand name changes and location corrections as required8. Handle document collection and updation, Including: FSSAI GST PAN Bank detailsRequired Skills & Qualification:
1. Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools with excellent data analysis and reporting skill2. Good communication and client coordination skill3. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple restaurant account.4. Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and food delivery platform.5. Comfortable working with documents and compliance requirement.6. Ability to follow up and close tasks within timeline.7. Hands-on experience in creating and managing dashboards to generate actionable insights and performance reports.8. Update and manage packaging charges on Swiggy and Zomato platforms.9.
