Android App Developer Intern (PropertyTech / CRM Platform)

Stipend:

Up to ₹15,000 per month

Duration:

3–6 Months (Extension / PPO possible based on performance)

About the Role:

We are building a property listing, property management, and CRM Android application from scratch.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where the intern will work as an individual contributor, owning the complete Android app lifecycle — from idea and architecture to Play Store deployment.

This role is ideal for someone who wants real startup experience, not just tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop an Android application from scratch

• Build features for:

  • Property listing (Buy/Rent/Commercial)

  • User login & role-based access

  • Lead generation & CRM (leads, follow-ups, notes)

  • Property posting & management

• Integrate APIs (backend will be discussed/provided)

• Implement clean UI/UX with smooth navigation

• Ensure performance, security, and scalability

• Handle app testing, bug fixing, and optimization

• Prepare the app for Play Store deployment

• Coordinate occasionally with the founder during in-office meetings (Noida)

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Android development

• Experience with Kotlin and/or Java

• Understanding of MVVM / clean architecture

• API integration (REST APIs, JSON)

• Firebase (Auth, Firestore/Realtime DB, Push Notifications) – preferred

• Git / version control

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Good to Have (Not Mandatory):

• Experience building apps end-to-end

• Knowledge of basic backend concepts

• Experience with CRM, dashboards, or admin panels

• UI/UX understanding (Material Design)
