Key Responsibilities & Duties

1. Hospitality & Client Service

• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to office staff, management, and visiting property buyers, investors, or channel partners.

• Ensure the reception area, conference rooms, and client-meeting desks are clean, tidy, and presentable before and after meetings.

2. Office Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Perform daily dusting of desks, workstations, electronics, and doors/doormats.

• Maintain office restrooms and check/refill toiletries (soap, tissues, fresheners) regularly.

• Empty trash bins and keep pantry/kitchen areas spotless.

• Report any physical damage, light/fixture issues, or maintenance needs to the admin manager.

3. Administration & Document Support

• Assist with photocopying, scanning, spiral binding, and physical file organization.

• Help distribute property brochures, site layout maps, and marketing kits to visiting clients.

• Run local office errands, such as visiting banks, local municipal/registrar offices, post offices, or delivering important property documents/cheques.

4. Inventory & Stock Management

• Track and assist in purchasing office supplies, stationery, pantry groceries, and cleaning items.

• Notify management before stocks of water, coffee, or printer paper run low.
