Multi-Skilled Technician ( MST)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Multi Skilled Technician (MST) to handle day-to-day maintenance and repair activities. The candidate should have basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, and civil works

• Handle breakdowns and troubleshoot issues promptly

• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, DG sets, and other equipment

• Ensure proper functioning of lighting, wiring, switches, and fixtures

• Carry out minor carpentry, painting, and repair tasks

• Maintain records of maintenance activities and report daily work status

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures

• Coordinate with supervisors and vendors for major repairs

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting

• Ability to read basic electrical drawings/diagrams

• Knowledge of safety procedures and electrical standards

• ITI/Diploma in Electrician or related field preferred

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience

Working Conditions:

• Rotational shifts may be required

• Work may involve physical activity and on-site duties
