Job Summary

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for managing housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth functioning of support services within the school premises.

Duty Timing

Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage housekeeping staff and assign daily duties

• Hire and maintain housekeeping staff, nanny staff, and other support staff as per school requirements

• Ensure cleanliness of classrooms, offices, washrooms, corridors, and common areas

• Monitor hygiene and sanitization standards across the campus

• Maintain attendance, duty rosters, and discipline of support staff

• Conduct regular inspections of school premises

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning materials and equipment

• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and arrange timely replenishment

• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with management for repairs

• Support school administration in overall facility management

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision

• Experience in staff hiring and team management

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
