Role Summary
Looking for a Field Recruiter with experience in hiring blue-collar staff for facility management roles such as housekeeping, technicians, cleaners, and support staff. Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates for housekeeping, technicians, security, and other FM roles.
• Conduct field visits, walk-in interviews, and community sourcing.
• Conduct basic screening and interviews for roles like housekeeping staff, helpers, technicians, security personnel, waiters, cooks, and other blue-collar positions.”
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
• Coordinate joining, documentation, and deployment to sites.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and ensure timely hiring.
• Work closely with site teams to understand manpower needs.
• Coordinate with operations managers and site supervisors for manpower demand planning. Requirements
• Minimum 1 years of experience in manpower/blue-collar recruitment.
• Good communication and field sourcing skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites as needed
