Job Title: Bungalow Housekeeping Manager

Job Summary:
The Bungalow Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations within a private residence. This role ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation while managing housekeeping staff and maintaining household inventory and supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily housekeeping activities across the bungalow
Ensure all rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards
Train, schedule, and monitor housekeeping staff performance
Develop cleaning schedules and assign duties efficiently
Inspect rooms and areas regularly to ensure quality standards are met
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and household items
Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs and upkeep
Handle laundry operations, including washing, ironing, and wardrobe management
Ensure proper care of delicate items, antiques, and high-value furnishings
Maintain privacy, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times
Manage guest room preparation and hospitality standards when required
Required Qualifications:
Graduation or equivalent (Hospitality certification preferred)
Experience:
3–7 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in luxury homes, villas.
Working Conditions:
Residential environment (bungalow/villa)
May require flexible hours, weekends, or on-call availability
Physically active role involving standing, walking, and lifting
Salary - 30000 to 60000
