We are looking for a Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Shivshankar Security And Facility Services Private Limited to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas. The role includes using appropriate cleaning methods, handling chemicals safely, and ensuring a sanitized environment. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹18,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize designated areas, including floors, furniture, and fixtures.
Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and cleaning products.
Use and maintain cleaning equipment and tools effectively.
Apply cleaning chemicals safely as per guidelines.
Report damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the concerned department.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Expert knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is essential. The role requires candidates with time management skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina to perform tasks efficiently.
Qualification
• Basic education (Any).
15,000 per month 8 Hours Duty (Rotational / General Shift)
• Ability to follow hygiene and cleaning procedures.
Experience Required
• Minimum 6 months – 2 years of housekeeping experience preferred in hospital or healthcare environments.
• Experience in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centers, or similar healthcare facilities will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine cleaning of wards, corridors, offices, washrooms, and common hospital areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in patient and staff areas.
• Ensure washrooms are cleaned, disinfected, and supplied with toiletries.
• Collect, segregate, and dispose of waste as per hospital waste management guidelines.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Maintain proper arrangement and cleanliness of assigned areas.
• Follow hospital safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols.
• Operate housekeeping equipment such as vacuum cleaners or floor machines where required.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or hazards to the supervisor.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and proper uniform while on duty.
Note: Candidates with prior experience in hospital housekeeping will be given preference
