Job Summary:
Espire Hospitality is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping GSA to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort. The ideal candidate should be service-driven, disciplined, and committed to delivering a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas as per brand standards
Ensure proper use of housekeeping supplies and equipment
Replenish amenities, linens, and guest supplies
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures
Handle guest requests politely and efficiently
Coordinate with supervisors for daily room assignments
Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping storage areas and trolleys
Adhere to company grooming and professional standards
Requirements:
Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel preferred
Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and chemicals
Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts
Good attitude and teamwork skills
Basic communication skills in Hindi/English preferred
