Key Responsibilities

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean and maintain office floors, cabins, meeting rooms, corridors, and reception areas.

• Dust furniture, desks, computers, glass partitions, and equipment.

• Mop floors and ensure they are free from dust and stains.

• Clean and sanitize washrooms regularly.

Waste Management

• Collect and dispose of garbage from bins in all areas.

• Replace garbage bags and ensure proper waste segregation.

Pantry & Common Area Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness in pantry areas.

• Wash cups, plates, and pantry utensils if required.

• Ensure drinking water areas remain clean.

Restroom Maintenance

• Refill toiletries such as hand wash, tissue paper, and air fresheners.

• Ensure washrooms remain clean and hygienic throughout the day.

Inventory & Supplies

• Inform supervisor about cleaning material shortages.

• Properly use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Safety & Discipline

• Follow safety and hygiene standards.

• Wear proper uniform and ID card while on duty.

• Maintain polite behavior with employees and visitors.
