Responsibilities
General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors. Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
Sanitization: Thoroughly clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas.
Restocking: Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, and cleaning supplies.
Waste Removal: Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
Maintenance Reporting: Promptly report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to management.
Guest Service: Handle reasonable requests or complaints with professionalism and patience.
Requirements
Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
Strong, professional, and friendly communication skills.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods.
High school degree or equivalent is preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and, health and safety regulations.
