Key Responsibilities:

• A. Brooming and Mopping

  1. Sweeping and mopping all rooms, kitchen, office areas, and staircases twice daily.

  2. Cleaning balconies and sit-outs.

  3. Brooming the basement area.

  B. Bathroom Cleaning

  1. Cleaning commodes and washbasins two times a day.

  2. Deep-cleaning walls once a week.

  3. Cleaning and maintaining staff washrooms regularly.

  C. Deep Cleaning Work

  1. Dusting and cleaning all windows.

  2. Cleaning and wiping all fans.

  3. Cleaning mirrors and glass doors.

  4. Dusting and cleaning tables and cupboards.

  5. Removing cobwebs regularly.

  6. Cleaning visitors’ footwear area.

  D. Garbage Collection

  1. Collecting garbage from all rooms, washrooms, and the kitchen twice a day.

  2. Segregating dry and wet waste.

  3. Disposing segregated garbage into the garbage truck as per guidelines.

  E. Laundry Collection

  1. Collecting clothes for washing from all rooms.

  2. Segregating soiled and coloured clothes and sending them for washing.

  3. Maintaining records of clothes sent for wash and verifying delivery counts

  F. Skills & Competencies

  1. Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.

  2. Ability to manage time and complete tasks efficiently.

  3. Attention to detail and cleanliness.

  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  G. Work Conditions

  2. Standing, walking, and physical activity involved.
