Job Summary

We are hiring dedicated and hardworking female candidates for the position of House Help. This role involves providing household cleaning services at customer locations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates should be physically fit, willing to travel to customer locations, and comfortable using an Android smartphone and Google Maps.

Key Responsibilities

• Dusting and cleaning of household furniture and surfaces.

• Sweeping and mopping floors.

• Cleaning utensils and kitchen areas.

• Bathroom and washroom cleaning.

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

• Assisting customers with grocery or vegetable shopping when required.

• Travelling to customer locations for service delivery.

• Providing professional and courteous customer service.

Note: Cooking is not part of the job role.

Eligibility Criteria

Gender

• Female Candidates Only

Age Limit

• Below 40 Years

• Kolkata & Chennai: Up to 42 Years

Education

• Basic Hindi and/or Local Language Reading & Writing Skills

Experience

• Freshers Can Apply

• Experienced candidates are also welcome

Mandatory Skills

• Ability to use an Android Smartphone

• Basic knowledge of Google Maps

• Physically fit and hygienic

• Willingness to travel to customer locations

• Positive attitude and willingness to work

Training Program

Walker Model

• Candidate travels on foot

• Training Duration: 3 Days

Self-Transport Model

• Electric Scooter provided by the company

• Operational Training Included

• Training Duration: 3 Days

Mumbai Location

• Training Duration: 1 Day Only

Documents Required

• Aadhaar Card (Hard Copy Mandatory)

• Any additional documents required for Background Verification

Verification Process

• Background Verification will be conducted before onboarding.

3. Complete registration using the assigned Vendor Code.

4. Attend training and onboarding.
