Explain issues and solutions clearly to customers
Keep records of repairs and parts used
Knowledge of laptop hardware and components
Basic to advanced troubleshooting skills
Understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux basics)
Good problem-solving ability
Attention to detail
Communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of networking (helpful but not always required)
