Service Engineer

For Fresher Salary : 15k to 18k

Experience Salary : 18K to 30K

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV, EPABX, Access Control,LAN WiFi and networking solutions and Fire Alarm systems. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge and the ability to support clients efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and commissioning of  CCTV, EPABX, Access Control,LAN WiFi and networking solutions and Fire Alarm systems.

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues at client sites.

• Preventive maintenance and AMC service visits.

• System configuration, programming, and testing.

• Coordination with customers and internal team for service requests.

• Preparing service reports after site visits.

• Providing basic training to customers on system usage.

• Ensuring timely closure of service calls.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of  CCTV, EPABX, Access Control,LAN WiFi and networking solutions and Fire Alarm systems
Ability to diagnose hardware and network-related issues.

Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN networking.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to travel for site visits.

Qualification:

Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field.
Experience:

1–3 years experience in CCTV, EPABX, Access Control, or Fire Alarm systems preferred.

Freshers with technical knowledge can also apply.

Other Requirements:

Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple service calls.
