Senior Technical Lead - Cloud and Infrastructure Engineering

Sr Technical Lead-Cloud & Infra Engg Area(s) of responsibility JD for Network requirement Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to the networking components of the J.D. Irving Limited infrastructure. Act as an escalation point and coordinate with vendors and external technical resources to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues. Serve as the networking subject matter expert on a wide range of internal and customer‑facing technology projects, ensuring alignment with organizational standards. Optimize existing systems for performance and capacity, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Research, understand, and implement networking security protocols. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for all networking solutions. Lead and oversee day‑to‑day networking activities and contribute to long‑term operational planning. Work with tools and technologies such as Azure Networking, Cisco ACI, Cisco Identity Services Engine, Cisco Catalyst, Junos Space, OpManager, CheckPoint, and A10/Netscaler load‑balancing platforms.
