Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Operations Manager to manage project execution, site operations, and team coordination. This full-time, on-site role in Pune will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HVAC project execution and site operations

• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams

• Supervise site engineers, technicians, and contractors

• Monitor quality control and safety compliance

• Handle client communication during project lifecycle

• Improve operational efficiency and cost control

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and ventilation

• Experience in HVAC project/site management

• Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and technical documents

• Good leadership and coordination skills

• Understanding of safety and regulatory standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred

• Proficiency in relevant HVAC/project management tools

• Result-oriented and detail-focused mindset
