Key Responsibilities
IT Support & System Administration
Provide desktop and laptop support to employees.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
Perform hardware installation, upgrades, and maintenance.
Install and configure printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
Resolve software and operating system issues.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Network Support
Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks.
Configure and manage routers, switches, and access points.
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
Support internet connectivity and network security requirements.
Coordinate with internet service providers when required.
CCTV & Surveillance Systems
Install and configure HD and IP CCTV cameras.
Troubleshoot CCTV systems, NVRs, DVRs, and recording issues.
Ensure proper functioning of surveillance infrastructure.
EPABX & Communication Systems
Install, configure, and maintain EPABX and intercom systems.
Troubleshoot telephony and communication-related issues.
Technical Support
Provide onsite and remote technical support.
Handle user queries and troubleshoot technical problems.
Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets and service requests.
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and servicing.
