Company: Foresight Innovation Pvt. Ltd. Job Description - Customer Support Engineer (ATM Field Service) Location: Ahmedabad (2 positions) & Surat(1 position), Gujarat

Responsibilities:

Perform OS patching and software installation on NCR ATMs to maintain security and performance.
Conduct cassette calibration to ensure accurate cash dispensing and minimize transaction errors.
Execute IP migration and network configuration changes for ATM connectivity.
Provide on-site and remote support for ATM issues, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
Handle SPS & Carder errors across all NCR ATM models.
Communicate effectively with customers and management regarding service status and escalations.
