Job Description:
We are hiring for an International Voice Process for Network Support and Customer Service. The role involves handling international customer queries and providing technical assistance related to networking issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls

• Provide technical support for network-related issues

• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, routers, modems, and related technologies

• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns

• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation is mandatory

• Candidates must have a technical background such as BCA, B.Tech, or BE (Electronics and Communication or related field)

• Certifications like CCNA or Cisco will be an added advantage

• Good understanding of networking concepts such as LAN, WAN, routers, and modems

• Strong communication skills in English
