Job Summary:

ICON Infoline Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and proactive Network Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure for our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in configuring routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and network security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless network infrastructure.

• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls.

• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.

• Perform network diagnostics and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

• Manage VPN connectivity, remote access, and internet leased lines.

• Implement and maintain network security policies and controls.

• Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for issue resolution and service management.

• Prepare network documentation, diagrams, and reports.

• Support server connectivity, storage networks, and cloud-based networking solutions.

• Provide on-site and remote support to customers.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and periodic health checks.

• Ensure compliance with IT policies and industry best practices.

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, NAT, and routing protocols.

• Hands-on experience with Cisco Systems, Fortinet, Sophos, MikroTik, or Ubiquiti devices.

• Experience with firewall configuration and security policies.

• Knowledge of wireless networking and access point deployment.

• Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies.

• Experience with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
