Configure and support TS Plus for remote desktop access and application delivery.
Implement, monitor, and manage Backup Solutions to ensure data protection and recovery.
Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016 environments.
Deploy, manage, and maintain VMware virtual environments.
Monitor infrastructure for performance, uptime, and security.
Provide L1/L2 technical support and escalate issues as needed.
Maintain proper documentation of system configurations, incidents, and procedures.
