We are looking for a Field Engineer ( Jio Fiber & Air Fiber Connection installation) to join our team, Yello Smart Things LLP ( Home Service Partner of Reliance Jio) to Install New Jio Air Fiber & Fiber connections and maintain customers' after-sales service. This role offers an in-hand salary of 17500 to 21000 ( as per experience) and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure new wi fi connections with proper in-house wiring at customer premises.
Diagnose and fix Wi-Fi coverage/Speed issues
Maintain the quality of installations to avoid complaints within 30 days.
Get the new Customer references from existing customers for sales & installations.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Passed or equivalent field experience and 1 to 4 years. Hands-on knowledge of Internet wi-fi, router configurations, in-house internal wiring, LAN/WAN, and diagnostic tools is essential.
