About Sevalaya:

Sevalaya is a non-profit organization working towards the empowerment of underprivileged children and communities through education, healthcare, and sustainable development initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, network devices, and IT infrastructure.

  • Ensure smooth functioning of LAN, internet connectivity, and basic network security.

  • Provide technical support to staff, teachers, and centres for hardware and software issues.

  • Maintain system backups, antivirus updates, and basic data security practices.

  • Keep records of IT assets, maintenance activities, and service reports.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; freshers with hands-on knowledge may apply.

  • Basic knowledge of networking, system administration, and troubleshooting is required.
