About Sevalaya:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, network devices, and IT infrastructure.
Ensure smooth functioning of LAN, internet connectivity, and basic network security.
Provide technical support to staff, teachers, and centres for hardware and software issues.
Maintain system backups, antivirus updates, and basic data security practices.
Keep records of IT assets, maintenance activities, and service reports.

Qualification & Experience:

Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; freshers with hands-on knowledge may apply.
Basic knowledge of networking, system administration, and troubleshooting is required.
