Key Details
Locations: Chennai / Indore
Salary: Up to 6 Lakhs LPA
Work Schedule: 5 days working with 2 days rotational off
Shift Requirement: Must be comfortable with a 24/7 environment, including night shifts and weekends.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
Language Proficiency: B2 Proficiency (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Literacy: Strong chat and typing skills.
Experience: • Minimum 6+ months of experience in Infra, Storage, and Service Desk.
Proven experience in core tech support projects.
Core Responsibilities
Technical Troubleshooting: Handling product troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Ticket Management: Managing and resolving support tickets efficiently.
Cloud & Tools: Applying knowledge of ticketing tools, ITIL frameworks, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud).
