Check and maintain computer hardware (e.g., HDDs, mice, keyboards) for optimal performance.
Install, configure, and update software according to specifications.
Develop and manage local networks to enhance performance and security.
Provide guidance to users on new software and equipment.
Schedule and execute upgrades and maintenance with minimal disruption to operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including repair or replacement of parts.
Maintain detailed records of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedules.
Monitor inventory for computer and network equipment shortages and place orders as needed.
