## Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled IT Support Executive to provide day-to-day technical support to employees and ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems, networks, software, and other IT infrastructure.

## Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and system-related issues.

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

• Troubleshoot operating system, application, email, internet, and network-related issues.

• Manage user accounts, system access, passwords, and basic IT security requirements.

• Monitor and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and basic network infrastructure.

• Install and configure required software, applications, and updates.

• Maintain records of IT assets, devices, software licenses, and equipment.

• Coordinate with external vendors/service providers for hardware, software, internet, and other technical issues.

• Ensure regular data backup and assist in basic data recovery procedures.

• Maintain proper documentation of IT issues, solutions, and maintenance activities.

• Support employees during online meetings, video conferencing, and other technical requirements.

• Ensure IT systems are secure, updated, and functioning efficiently.

• Perform other IT-related duties assigned by the management.

## Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and common business applications.

• Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and networking.

• Hardware troubleshooting and installation knowledge.

• Knowledge of printers, scanners, CCTV, biometric/attendance systems, and other office IT equipment.

• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Basic understanding of IT security and data backup.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple technical issues and provide timely support.

## Educational Qualification

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in •Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field••.

• Relevant IT support certification will be an added advantage.

Salary: 15000 TO 20000 ADITIONAL As per industry standards and candidate's experience.
