· Resolve hardware and networking issues across all branches.

· Visit Pune region branches for on-site IT support.

· Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

· Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, and network devices.

· Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure across branches.

· Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, and AMC services.

· Maintain proper records of IT assets and service reports.

· Ensure timely resolution of IT complaints/tickets.

· Regular inspection of all systems (CPU, RAM, HDD health).

· Check and clean hardware (dust removal, proper ventilation).

· Verify antivirus updates and system security.

· Check network connectivity and router performance.

· Backup verification and data safety checks.

· Printer and scanner maintenance.

· CCTV and biometric system checks (if applicable).

Power supply and UPS condition check.
