Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware and peripherals.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues in desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

• Perform hardware upgrades, component replacement, and system maintenance.

• Install and configure Windows operating systems, drivers, and essential software.

• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network connectivity issues.

• Maintain IT inventory, hardware records, and service documentation.

• Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related queries.

• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and warranty claims.

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma, ITI, or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Hardware, IT, or a related field preferred.

• Basic to advanced knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with Windows OS installation and configuration.

• Understanding of networking fundamentals, LAN, routers, and switches.

• Freshers with relevant technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
