Department: Information Technology

Employment Type: Full-time

Reporting To: Director

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Location - Baner,Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Network & Security Management (Sophos Firewall, Switches, Access Points, Antivirus, CCTV, and Biometric Systems)

• Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Defender, and Purview)

• NAS Storage Management (Synology & Netgear)

• Desktop, Laptop, Industrial PC, and Printer Support

• EPABX, UPS, and LAN Infrastructure Management

• ERP Software Support and IT Documentation

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Sophos networking solutions

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration

• Experience with NAS storage and backup management

• Windows troubleshooting and hardware support

• Knowledge of network cabling, telecom systems, and power backup infrastructure

• Excellent communication and documentation skills
