💻 System Admin – Hyderabad

Working Days : 6days(1day rotational week off)

Shift Timing: General Shift

Work Type : Field Work

We are hiring a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team in Hyderabad 📍.

The candidate will handle troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues 🛠️.

Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS systems (7/8/10) 💻.

Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file-sharing services 🌐.

Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support to end-users 📞.

Configure and troubleshoot MS Outlook and email-related issues 📧.

Handle LAN connectivity, VLANs, routing, and Cisco switch configurations 🔌.

Ensure system security, antivirus installation, and regular updates 🔐.

Support printers, desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices 🖨️.

Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation 📋.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of relevant experience 🎯.

CCNA certification is preferred 🎓.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential 🤝.
