Experience: 1 -6 + yrs. (Trouble shoot card level hardware issues related to Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, Mobiles, Printers, and other accessories) Should have managed a team of minimum 12 engineers (Field engineers as an added advantage)
Must have worked on any ticketing tool for at least 3 yrs.
Good at report generation and tracking tickets.
Capable of training field engineers and excellent in team handling.
Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for managing their respective locations and follow SLA.
• They will be the SPOC for all roles and responsibilities of their PUDO for ticket closure and performance,
• Responsible for generating daily report of location and update the project manager.
• Make sure field engineers are successfully closing maximum tickets in a day.
• Ensuring timely and correct location tickets are issues to each engineer.
• Hands on MS- Office.
