1. Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktop computers, laptops, Apple laptops, and printers.

2. Operating system installation, troubleshooting, backup, and restore support.

3. Official email account configuration, backup, migration, and troubleshooting.

4. Firewall, VPN, and router installation/configuration support.

5. Windows Server installation, troubleshooting, and support services.

6. NAS/Storage support, file services, and backup management.

7. Internet access configuration using MAC binding.

8. Installation and configuration of system and application software.

9. Hardware issue diagnosis and coordination with OEM/vendor for replacement.

10. Internet connectivity troubleshooting and network issue resolution.

11. LAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and end-user connectivity support.

12. NAS user access management, backup verification, and file sharing support.

13. Tally Server and TS+/Terminal Services support.

14. ERP server support, backup monitoring, and security assistance.

15. Antivirus installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

16. Coordination with third-party vendors and OEM support teams.

17. End-user technical support and daily IT operational assistance.
